Information for Parents/Guardians
CRUSH events have been operating for over 10 years and we take every precaution to provide a safe and secure environment for all our patrons prior, during and also after the event. We utilise the services of professional security companies and ensure that all staff have been cleared by the appropriate authorities. It is a further requirement that staff members undertake the relevant “working with children” checks under government legislation.
Smoking, Drugs and Alcohol Policy
Smoking, Drugs and Alcohol are not tolerated at any time at any CRUSH event. Only non-alcoholic soft drinks and water are available. CRUSH does not tolerate drunken patrons and if any patron is found to be inebriated, we will contact their parents or guardian and ask them to collect the child or children. We will not turn away any patrons without first making sure they are safe and that they can get home.
Security Search Policy
Full searches, including using metal detectors, are carried out on all patrons on entry by male and female security staff. A patrons bag and clothing will be search on entry into the venue. Should a patron refuse to allow a member of the security team to search them, the patron may be refused entry into the event. The local police authority are notifed about each CRUSH event and they may attend the event and perform random checks on patrons and staff. All security staff are licensed and carry their security license with them at all times. The Master Security License is clearly displayed at the entry to all of our events.
